lingoose is made by Kinori Labs Inc. ("we", "us"). If you downloaded lingoose from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms on this page. Where they differ, Apple's agreement applies.
lingoose Pro subscriptions
- lingoose is free to download, with a daily practice allowance. lingoose Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks every language. Pro is available as a monthly or an annual subscription; the current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI-generated content
Conversations, feedback and the goose's comments in lingoose are generated with the help of AI and are provided for practice and entertainment. They can be wrong, unnatural or out of date, and they are not professional language, travel, legal or medical advice. The goose is designed to tease you when you make mistakes; you can turn roasting off in Settings.
Your custom scenes
You can create your own practice scenes. They stay on your device. Please don't use lingoose to create content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful to others.

Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
